Set in nearly 5 acres of countryside, The Old Pheasantry is a home from home located in the Surrey Hills some say "Where Agatha Christie meets Downton Abbey" . It boasts 7 bedrooms, 2 lounges, dining room , boot room, 3 shower rooms, large kitchen and a games room. Outside there is a paddock, pond, summerhouse, bbq area, fire pit plus woodland to explore.
The Charity seeks to support children, young adults and diverse groups, who would otherwise be disadvantaged, by providing holiday accommodation in a self-catering atmosphere in a large old country house, where they can learn different interpersonal and practical skills’. We frequently welcome repeat visitors from Mencap, the Girl Guides, Scouts , Cubs, Woodcraft Folk and schools.
7 bedrooms all with single beds . From a single bedded room to one that can sleep 8! Rooms can be configured differently depending on guest requirements
Cosy lounge with fireplace and tv and leads into the dining room although can be separated by folding doors.
Large table that can easily seat 12 people. This can also be split into separate tables or other configurations. Can also be configured as a meeting room.
Lovely reception room with french doors to the garden. Has the addition of a piano that guests are welcome to use.
Situated in the garden a brick built summerhouse with its own fireplace.
Fully functional kitchen with American fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, large oven with a 6 burner hob a large workspace and lots of pots, pans and utensils.
